All products are shipped from our Brisilla head quarters via UPS or USPS. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of order date and you will receive a tracking number as soon as it is shipped. 

Please note that orders will not be shipped on any days that our carriers do not operate. Orders placed on holidays could result in longer process times. 

Please note that shipping carriers are taking longer to scan and deliver packages during this time and ask that you allow up to 48 hours for your tracking to update. 

Brisilla is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been shipped. If you believe there is an issue with the delivery or you have inquires about tracking, please contact USPS or UPS customer service directly. 

For orders $99.99 and under, we offer a flat rate shipping cost of $8.95. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within the continental US. 

Online exchanges can be returned via the pre-paid return mailing label provided by Brisilla on our return portal. Limit one return mailing label per order.
